Watching films is a great form of relaxation as long as you keep in mind that you're only watching a film. It's not necessary to reenact a film with actual human beings. It's not necessary to repeat scenes from the movie with actual human beings. Watching films should only be treated as entertainment, but a guide book on proper daily living. It's easy to get carried away with the thought that what you're watching in film is actually going on in the world outside. It's better to watch a film with a calm perspective. You're watching actors who are being paid a salary to recite dialogue. You're watching directors telling the actors how to recite their lines and where to stand when they speak. Anyway, it's getting carried away on a tangent. I tend to do that from time to time.
