HOPE

It's my hope that we as a society (and ourselves as individuals) are not driven by hate, fear and rage.  Hate, fear and rage isn't natural emotions that we're born with.  Hate, fear and rage is something that we're born with.  And the need to play the anger fueled game of one upmanship is counterproductive.  Nobody truly wins.  Nobody truly loses.  The winner loses the chance to make friends and is looked upon as a horrible person to hang out with.  The loser set set back even further than previously.  And in the end, all that's left of the ruthless game of one upmanship is ruined lives, a ruined landscape and ruined opportunities.  We're only on this Earth for only one hundred and twenty-years maximum.  That's too short a time to be driven by hatred and destruction against another person simply because the hate driven jerk doesn't want to lose a game of one upmanship.  Gentle Reader, why not spend your one hundred and twenty years being nice to people and treating everybody as equals.  It's better to keep and open mind and not destroy everything that isn't the same as yourself.  Who knows, your knowledge will improve if you take the time to learn a totally different perspective.

While I'm busy talking about philosophy, here are some photos or rock star Kathleen Hanna.  Kathleen Hanna is the lead singer of the punk rock bands Bikini Kill (With Kathi Wilcox,  Tobi Vail, Billy Karren), Julie Ruin (with  Carmine Covelli, Sara Landeau, Kathi Wilcox and Kenny Mellman) and Le Tigre (With Johanna Fateman and JD Samson aka Jocelyn Samson).
