HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE?

How long will the Gentle Reader and I have to wait before Winter finally ends.  Don't get me wrong.  I'm glad that Global Warming isn't going to happen anytime soon.  And this is great weather for penguins and polar bears.  However, THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE THE FIRST WEEK OF SPRING AND THERE'S FRIGGING SNOW ON THE GROUND.  There's something unnatural about snow falling and then melting and then falling again on the first week of Spring.
