THE RETURN OF 24

It's been three years since the television show 24 has gone off the air.  Three years without paranoid ultra-conservative hatred against President Barack Obama, comparing him to former President Richard Nixon while accusing him of being soft on terrorism.  Three years without borderline racist Middle Eastern demographic hating characters that accuses anybody born Middle Eastern as either being a terrorist or being sympathetic to terrorism (Some Middle Eastern groups tried to boycott the show because of disturbing Middle Eastern terrorism scenes such as a Muslim housewife poisoning the Caucasian girlfriend of her Muslim son by tossing Cynde into a glass of Kool Aid while pretending to be Donna Reed the entire time).  Three years without constant cell phone chatter from almost nearly everybody in the cast.  Three years without Keafer Sutherland as Jack Baur acting like James Bond and Mary Lynn Rajskub as Chloe O'Brian playing the role of Miss Moneypenny.  Three years without everybody not named Keafer Sutherland or Mary Lynn Rajskub getting killed off or completely forgotten the existence of.  Three years without 24 coming dangerously close to being sued for ripping off the James Bond series.
It's not easy for a Liberal to sit down and watch an entire episode of 24, but the ultra-Conservative paranoia that fills the room in the world of 24 tended to be addicting anyway.  And now the television show 24 is back---As a limited run miniseries.  Instead of twenty-four hours each representing an entire hour with the entire season representing a single day without sleep, restroom breaks or dinner breaks.  A single day of evil Liberals not understanding Jack Baur's paranoia because they are too stupid to understand.  Now an entire day is limited to only twelve episodes each representing a single hour with the mini-series representing a single day.  Well, there is twenty-four hours to a day so clearly there are ten hours missing from this mini-series tome.  Still, there is a slim sliver of hope (Among Conservatives) that the mini-series 24:  Live Another Day (Which is the ninth year in the paranoid Middle Eastern hating and hunting career of Jack Baur) will lead to the full fledged revival of the television series 24 and the return to all twenty-four episodes instead of being reduced down to only twelve episodes.
