DANDELIONS

It's hard to believe that dandelions are considered to be a weed.  I'm only saying this because dandelions are so pretty to look at.  And the dandelion helps breakup the bright green sameness of blade of grass after blade of grass.  But yet, it's because the bright yellow dandelion breaks up the bright green sameness of blade of grass after blade of grass that defines the dandelion as a weed.  And so despite dandelions are so pretty to look at, it's necessary to spread weed and feed poison all over the lawn before or after physically trying to rip the dandelion out of the ground---Roots and all.  And yet, dandelions survive all attempts to erase it from lawns everywhere.  Still, the struggle against the dandelion weed continues as the bright green blades of grass reject the bright yellow difference of the dandelion weed.
And as I'm lost in thought as dandelions cover the front lawn, here are some photos of Ali Larter.
