THE POETRY OF RAIN

The unpredictable off and on rain continues.  While there wasn't much rain going on in the morning and most of the afternoon, it started to rain closer to the evening.  And I'm not sure how much of the evening will witness rain.  But it will rain long enough to spare me the need to water the plants.  It's been raining quite a bit here in Columbus, Ohio.  Perhaps it's all the raining and flooding that's going on in the formerly drought stricken, but clearly enjoying plenty of rain flood drenched Texas and Oklahoma.  And some of that rain clouds that soaked and flooded parts of Texas and Oklahoma is now directly above Columbus, Ohio for almost the entire month.  I'm not sure how long the off and on rain will continue in Columbus, Ohio.  I'm certainly enjoying the rain.  Ah yes, there is a sense of poetry going on when it rains.
And as I'm lost in thought while enjoying a scorching hot Summer afternoon, here are some photos of Gemma Arterton.
