FINDING EMPATHY IN WHAT SCARES YOU THE MOST

It's so much easier to destroy than it is to create.  Finding a reason to destroy doesn't take that much effort.  Hate and fear are pretty much the same thing.  You fear something and you express that fear by hating what scares you the most.  So instead of understanding what you fear so it doesn't become scary, you seek to destroy it instead.  So instead of understanding what scares you so you don't have to hate and fear it, you cause chaos and destruction simply because you fear the unknown.  But the best things in life can be found in the unknown if only you made the effort to understand a bit more.  And that's why it's harder to create than destroy.  Because finding empathy in what scares you the most is the hardest as well as the most rewarding thing you could ever do in our life.
And as I'm lost in thought while it's late at night, here are some photos of Ellen Pompeo.
